Trailside Ski Country Home

This property presented some challenges: how to create private spaces on a hillside just off a popular ski trail. Working with landscape architect Tim Jordan of Jordan Associates, who has created conceptual plans for many of our projects, Eastern Green created a private patio with a spa that’s screened by plants for privacy and a multi-level landscape. A series of drains and ferns outside a below-grade window have ensured that this area has no problem with water or snow.
